Punctual, Professional and reasonably priced…would highly recommend!!
We were in a real pickle - until we got ahold of these guys! I was able to get a quick response about our problem and an even faster repair. We just recently purchased our home and were already apprehensive about the money this might cost us -but it was more than an affordable price for their time and amazing service. I even asked if he could explain the issue to me and I was given a thorough response and resolution. We will definitely be calling Bi-State Drain Cleaning Services given the situation ever arises again!
They were quick to show up, however, they did not manage to unclog our storm drain and not much time was spent attempting to. They also damaged one of our shrubs unfortunately. The charge was $225 for ~20 minutes of the attempted work. While this may not reflect all their work, we were disappointed in the quality of service of this job.
Very professional and reasonable! Highly recommend.
