I was immediately impressed with Jeff. He was willing to help solve my problems with my exhaust system. I was taken care of immediately and they fixed my exhaust system in short order and i was back on the road. Thank you Jeff and your service department!
Very friendly customer service, my family and I were visiting from out if state, and they were able to get us in and on our way quickly, I highly recommend them for your auto service needs, and I want to thank Blake for helping us get on our way quickly.
I was told my rack n pinion was leaking. Unfortunately, the leak is coming from somewhere else. So, not real happy after having my rack and pinion replaced for $1100.00. I was told when the reservoir came in i had to locate,they would change it out for free since it was just a 15 minute job. Price went up by $65. Best advice get it in writing and stick to it!
I wasn't really impressed. Had an appointment at 9:00 am to diagnose issues I had with the engine (losing power, misfires). I had taken it to two other shops and they would clear out the codes, test drive it, and say it ran fine. I was 15 min late and they put someone else in my slot to replace a transmission. I live 2 1/2 hours from Moline. I brought my car there because someone I knew recommended them and said that Victor could figure out what was wrong. Total waste of my time.
