Was recommended to Bi-State for exhaust work that could not be done by my usual auto techs. Jeff gave me the diagnosis and a few different options on how to proceed and walked through the steps they would take. The workmanship by the guys in the shop is top notch and Jeff pointed out some other potential issues to keep an eye on down the road. I was immediately impressed with Jeff. He was willing to help solve my problems with my exhaust system. I was taken care of immediately and they fixed my exhaust system in short order and i was back on the road. Thank you Jeff and your service department!

I was told my rack n pinion was leaking. Unfortunately, the leak is coming from somewhere else. So, not real happy after having my rack and pinion replaced for $1100.00. I was told when the reservoir came in i had to locate,they would change it out for free since it was just a 15 minute job. Price went up by $65. Best advice get it in writing and stick to it!
