March 18 2020, Dear manager at the BI-LO Supercenter in Sandhills shopping Center. I have a elderly mother who is not able to get out and I personally I'm disabled and cannot drive. My husband and I were on the other side of Northeast looking for bread for my mother when my sister text me saying Bi-Lo in the village of Sandhills had some.
