Bi-Lo Store on E. Main St Rock Hill S.C Allows Food stamp recipients to purchase Lobster, Shrimp (cooked or raw) and Crab legs after they have been steamed and seasoned in the Seafood/Meat market. I will shop at the new Publix's, as they follow the rules.
I plan on getting in touch with the corporate office of this store. I am a,single mother with three children. Bilo and it's bonus points have helped me in the past with deals on gas as I am already going to purchase groceries...however, I have finally had enough of the terrible customer service from the stores managers. I had trouble with my card and of course my cell was outside so the maanger offered for me,to use the store phone, I let them know two different times that I couldn't get out on the line but I thought I knew ... read more
