Very rude. After being treated for a broken ankle the previous night, the receptionist told me they didn't have time for me, and wouldn't even offer me an appointment at any of their locations whatsoever. So much for taking referrals from your own Urgent Care (Henry Ford). This is why I prefer Ascension doctors and practices.
