The good: The Doctor and NP I have worked with were very nice The Bad: Billing - Literally have my name misspelled on file. Needless to say no one can figure out how to fix it. This affects insurance billing and unfortunately my correct name is not on the bill, so that's not my bill. Cleanliness - The first room I was in was clean, however on subsequent visits other rooms are very dirty. I would actually be surprised if staff cleaned and or disinfected after patients visit. this place is a joke I am covid positive they said they were gonna deliver supply and have not I called and dr what's her name says I have to call the pharmacist again
RecommendedI've been going there for eight years. I love the doctor and I've always been treated courteously. The wait is usually ten minutes or less. I moved to the west suburbs and still make the drive back instead of trying to find a different good doctor in my area. She will probably be my doctor for life.

The receptionist always tells me she will send my prescription over to my pharmacy and every time I get to the pharmacy she didn't even call it in.... Waist of time.. Worst place ever.
This Dr office has me in on time every time. I have never waited more than 10 minutes in the lobby!!!!!
my service is always excellent they have the best female staff that work the front. Its always clean. Whats unique is the time in and out is fast they never over book clients that gives the dr more time to get up and personal with the patients I love my dr the people in the pharmacy rocks too they work fast, and a shout out to the lab lady that draws blood you rock too. Can you get some suckers please old ladys like me need a sucker after you draw blood, i dont want a dora explorer sticker. Or how about a David Beckhan poste... read more
