The good: The Doctor and NP I have worked with were very nice The Bad: Billing - Literally have my name misspelled on file. Needless to say no one can figure out how to fix it. This affects insurance billing and unfortunately my correct name is not on the bill, so that's not my bill. Cleanliness - The first room I was in was clean, however on subsequent visits other rooms are very dirty. I would actually be surprised if staff cleaned and or disinfected after patients visit.
