My son has been seen at the Lilburn location since he was a week old. He is now 11 years old and the service here is no longer good. I've been on hold for 3 hours today still no appointment. We need Susan back ! Is there anyone working at the Lilburn location?

Love Dr George and his staff! They can get busy but the care and knowledge is wonderful. I highly recommend Bi County!
Never answer the phone!!!!! Will keep you on hold for 30 minutes just to schedule an appointment! I’m definitely changing my kids doctor!
