This review is solely based on my extraordinary long wait in the waiting room- I didn't visit with the doctor: I was referred to Dr. Mandalapu and made an appointment for 11:45 am, was told to come a few minutes early to fill out forms. I was at the office and sign in at 11:25am. At 12 pm 2 people were called in by the doctor and afterwards a young lady with a child was taken in. It was about 12:15pm when I went to the front desk and asked whether the doctor was running late (it's been half an hour now)and they said yes but ... read more
Dr was great, helpful and caring. HOWEVER I have been trying to pay my bill for about 18 months. I must have called 20 times, payed my bill a couple of months ago FINALLY, and then still received a bill for the amount that I payed over the phone to the office directly. NOT ACCEPTABLE
Excellent Drs office. Very patient and caring staff.
He has a wonderful bedside manner
