0/5 stars WORST CHILD DOCTOR VISIT EVER. Heard nothing but bad comments about this doctor even her own nurses stated she wasn’t good. Take your precious child elsewhere !
My wife has been trying since early October to get a injection pin for her breathing. We waited and waited for a pre authorization and finally got it but the authorization was not detailed enough for the doses. Now we cannot get the nurses to call the special pharmacy for my wife to get clarification for the doses. The special pharmacy has left messages after messages but with no return calls. We have called the springhill medical center and they said they would call them but nothing gets done they never return your calls. I... read more
Have been taking my kids there for 5 yrs, Dr. Buptani has never had a good bedside manner, but our last appt was my breaking point. Only there for 5 yr shots, but dr had to sneak in a snide comment about not being there for the past 2 years. I guess Sorry my kids didn’t get sick in that time? Then she wants to try and make me feel bad for “missing” vaccinations and that she was “way behind”. Not the case, as they’ve always been on schedule. Never an apology or another word after “checking”.
It took them over two months to get the results of my sleep study back to me. I called their office a month after I had the test, found out that the Dr. hadn't looked at my test yet, the nurse took notes down and said "they'd call me back". Another two weeks passed and I called them again to see where the results were, because I had a bill for the services which I hadn't received in full yet. They didn't get back to me for two days and now I'm moving out of state and I need a new Dr. now.
I have not been to Bhuptani for a while because I moved out of state and when my daughter was going there I really dident know what to think my first child first pediatrician but thinking about it I realized she done real good for my daughter she took all my concerns seriously she referred her to a throat/lung dr quickly instead of questioning it to much her nurses had phone appointments with me when they had to to make sure my baby was fine and I am really thankful that she was my baby's dr
Dr Bhuptani, is always vacationing and does not take time with patients. Staff was very unpleasant! I wouldn't recommend this facility or Dr. to anyone!!
