This is the first doctors office where I had someone who listened to me and didn’t dismiss my symptoms. Christin, the Nurse Practitioner, was incredible and I would recommend this office to everyone.
Will never refer anyone here or be a patient her ever again. Office staff is horrible. Worst ever. You're willing to lose a lifelong patient over $20???? I paid it in 2017...I will not pay it again. Hope it was worth losing my entire family and everyone I recommended. Because we are all leaving.
Have been a patient of Dr. Bhuchar for 20 years and have found him to be extremely thorough and competent. Always very attentive to details and will refer patients to specialist when symptom dictate a more specific knowledge.
Dr. Bhuchar is my primary care physician for last 15+ yrs. He is very patient and will explain in length about the problems and how to solve. The only thing that I don't like is the waiting time, but understand it is because he is taking him time with patients.
If I could rate a ZERO I most definitely would. This was our first time at Dr. Bhuchar's office as my 11 year old had a prescheduled appointment for 3:15pm. We arrived at 2:30 to check in and complete all necessary paperwork. After I completely all the paperwork, they told me at THE LAST MINUTE THAT THE DOCTOR LEFT FOR THE DAY. (How UNPROFESSIONAL) They gave us the option to see the nurse on duty. After taking my son's vitals and weigh, they sat us in the room where we spent 1.5 HOURS waiting.
Dr. Bhuchar is a great Doctor. His staff is friendly and helpful. They take time to explain conditions and recommend you to great specialist if needed. The wait may be a bit long but it's only because Dr. Bhuchar and his team spend time with patients not just in and out like other doctors
Horrible wait time. Staff is ok but it seems everyone's is at lunch all The time.
I had a really bad experience with their billing department and I am highly unsatisfied with the service they have to me (which they also failed to make amends). Expect to wait over 45 minutes in the waiting room only to see NOT THE DOCTOR, but a nurse practitioner for about 5 minutes max. Horrible people and they don't do good business.
