My counselor is phenomenal and has been helping me every step of the way
While my providers are great, there policies are not great. I got no reminders for my in person appointment last week and because I have ADHD, I subsequently missed it. Also, because I have ADHD, I double booked appointments, having to cancel today's. Well, now I'm on a same day list, meaning I'm basically never getting another appointment, as I work evenings, and by the time I call, the mornings are booked.
