Wish there was a better way to get my medication on time without worrying.
While my providers are great, there policies are not great. I got no reminders for my in person appointment last week and because I have ADHD, I subsequently missed it. Also, because I have ADHD, I double booked appointments, having to cancel today's. Your cancellation policy is horrible and very unfair. People have emergencies and other children that get sick. Also having to call over the weekend to cancel a Monday appointment and then be told you didn’t give enough notice is bs. Things happen. This is especially frustrating because we are supposed to value your time but it’s ok for your providers to cancel on us when we are in your parking lot about to walk through your doors. Our time means nothing… we miss work, child misses school…. And not just one half hour appoint... read more
