Urgent care is for emergency. But this one won’t take you if you have a service dog. So if you have heart attack or bleeding to death. You can’t go here.
I visited Urgent Care of Lenox this morning. I was greeted at the door with professionalism and care. I was in and out in approximately one hour. Ray Webb is amazing, as are the ancillary staff. I wish I could remember everyone's name to mention. I left with peace of mind and a diagnosis. Thank You

Took two trips there within 4 days to get diagnosed with strep throat for my 10 year old son even after telling them the symptoms (throat and fever) twice and coming in with 100+ fevers both times. Said it was just the flu the first time, didn’t bother checking for anything else till the second time. Also 45 min+ wait for a kid with over 100 fevers. I received excellent care from NP Tracy. She was exceptionally skilled, professional, and very caring, with a good sense of humor that made me feel comfortable during a procedure involving my eye. The facility was clean and the staff friendly; I had only a short wait time. I felt very fortunate.
