If I could give zero stars, I would do that. I wanted to get my flu and Covid vaccinations. I called ahead to find out if they had them available and how long the wait was. They said the wait for vaccinations was minimal if any and that I should come in. I arrived about 15 minutes later only to be told that they are out of Covid vaccines and that this did not just occur in the last 15 minutes. What a waste! I had such a wonderful experience with the nurse (Celia) who cared for me during my visit to urgent care today. From the moment she came in, she was incredibly kind, compassionate, professional, and genuinely attentive. I am very grateful for the care she provided and truly hope she knows what a positive impact she had on my experience. I was travelling and had a minor emergency, and needed to see a doctor. I was seen quickly, everything was explained to me in detail. All of the staff was phenomenal, kind, timely. 10/10 would recommend!!
worst experience ever with nurse practitioner "Sam" at Lenox urgent Care, she has the worst eye ball rolling neck shaking bed side manner over ever encountered in health care, she refused to give me her full credentials she told me she was Sam the NP and that's all she would give me because she knew I can I was going to make a complaint against her license, she did not like the fact that I told her I felt unsafe with her bedside manner and told her it felt a little bit ghetto and she got up walked away and told me she was no... read more
