Went in at 10 am, checked in with Registration and was brought into the exam room within 5 minutes. Excellent care! Knowledgeable and very informative. Roberto Ross was my primary provider and I'm sorry to say I don't remember the name of his assistant but he was also kind, caring, and very gentle. I would definitely recommend BHS Urgent care .
You cannot go here if you have a service dog. You might be bleeding to death but they won’t take you in.
Ive had nothing but issues finding health care in the Berkshires. Most primary care physicians are either not taking new patients or it's a six month waiting list. Terry the nurse went above and beyond to help me find care. Figured out what I needed to do before seeing my new PC. Terry thank you for going that extra mile
The care has been sometimes good, sometimes bad. "Bad" includes things like doctors who don't listen to you and write the wrong information in their reports that you have zero way of correcting (problematic for subsequent healthcare workers who rely on that information), and providers who forget to run tests. But my main issue is that they have posted hours until 8pm, so you think you can arrive until 8pm, or maybe, like 7:45pm. really hit or miss in terms of what type of care i seem to receive. I recently visited due to an ongoing, chronic pain in my elbow that wont improve no matter what i do or how much i rest or refrain from certain activities. I explain what seems to aggravate it the most. So what was my advice from the doctor? "well, stop doing those things that aggravate it." Gee, thanks.
