We had a new patient appointment for my 3 year old just a check up. We just moved to the area. She needed a physical for preschool. I told both ladies when scheduling we did not have insurance. The kind woman told me it would be $128 I brought $128 cash gave it to them when checking out. They gave me change. Two weeks later I get another bill for $67 remaining. Why would you say it’s $128 if it’s not. Lied to on a recorded lie. Will not return. No transparency. Scam office. Tells you one thing and charges you something else.
This is this worst place ever it took 2 mounths to be seen had a appointment at 8am showed up at 8:10 and denied because of a 10min rule even though it wasn't past 10mins.. Secretary was extremely rude. I recommend not using this facility.
