I had an x-ray of my foot. I walked in and the lady was asking questions like birthday and name but the desk is facing the wall. So we can't even see her. Then she says does it hurt no, like im just here for fun, like what do you think. Then I went to go get my x-ray, and they didn't tell me to take my sock off. How do you get a good result with a sock on? Patrick- who drew my blood was amazing and super sweet and Quick with it! Felt comfortable while sitting in the chair and made me laugh and feel less nervous, didn't even feel the needle.
My bf had to get an xray of his eyes before his MRI. We made a special trip in on Saturday 11:40 a brown haired woman working there told him she didn’t have the xray order in the system to do it. We left & went back to outpatient service where she told us to go. Where MRI is to be done. They gave us a copy to prove to lab it was on their system. Lady at lab was gone by time we got back. We had to come in extra early on Monday morning before MRI to get xray that should have been done on Saturday. You wonder how many other peo... read more
