Nurses and receptionist are great, nurse practitioner is not. I took my husband because his bottom lip and chin were completely swollen for no apparent reason, and he was in a lot of pain. The nurse practitioner said, “it’s probably gingivitis” before she even looked at him or before she even asked us any questions. If zero stars could be given I would in a heartbeat. Sat for over 30 mins, reception was not at the desk. Could hear the workers sitting in the back talking. They claim they are busy……1 person left from being seen 15 mins of being here…..you can see half the hallway shut off. 1 worker came out told to sign in and have a seat. Told them I did and been waiting for 20 mins. Was told they were “busy” yep place is a joke!
Horrible experience. Diagnosed with bronchitis and told I could only have an inhaler because it “hadn’t been 10 days yet,” and that I should come back in three days if I needed real treatment — even after explaining I was leaving town. When I mentioned that I’m usually prescribed a steroid or Z-pack for this, I was treated like I was drug-seeking instead of a patient explaining my medical history. They were nice, but definitely not professional. They acted like they didn’t know what was going on, and I was only in there for a physical and drug screening before a new job. It was like dealing with people who never have done it before and very confusing. I had to go 3 times. I hope I don’t have to go back.
this is the worst office i've ever been to, DR. YAP is the worst doctor i have ever seen. i explained that i had green/yellow snot coming out of my nose, severe sinus pressure, and could barely eat. this was a tuesday. after i expressed i've been like that for almost 6 days she told me i didnt need an antibiotic til friday. which was strange i never once had a doctor tell me i had to wait for an antibiotic that i obviously needed right now.
