I’d give them negative stars if possible. They never do ANYTHING of use. They make you wait AGES despite being quite literally the only patient, and then they listen to you, and give you a doctors note, without diagnosing you with anything specific, and send you a 150+ dollar bill in the mail a month later. If I spend more time waiting in the examination room than the doctor spends actually being a medical practitioner, then you should not have any right to charge this outrageous amount!! Very rude snd curt staff, not welcoming at all. Also was able to hear them gossiping about patients behind the door when they thought I couldn’t hear.
Fast and friendly staff. It's always busy but they move their patients through quickly.
(the 1 star is for the staff, minus the doctor) Terrible place, I won't waste my time or money going there again, I wouldn't take my dog there. Dr. Yap is a terrible excuse for a doctor, went there today because I've been very sick for 5 days chilling, aching, running a fever, sore throat, terrible headache, ears are popping, and extreme thick yellow phlegm, and nausea, and she told me I was having an asthma attack, and to use the inhaler, she said I'd be fine sounds more to me like a sinus,ear infection, I've had asthma al... read more
