this is the worst office i've ever been to, DR. YAP is the worst doctor i have ever seen. i explained that i had green/yellow snot coming out of my nose, severe sinus pressure, and could barely eat. this was a tuesday. after i expressed i've been like that for almost 6 days she told me i didnt need an antibiotic til friday. which was strange i never once had a doctor tell me i had to wait for an antibiotic that i obviously needed right now. Went earlier today to see if I had the flu. Gave them all my symptoms and because I mentioned having migraines in the past they refused to test me for it and said I'm not allowed to come there for migraines...after explaining I came to see if I had the flu they make me leave with a doctor's notes and told me to drink water. Great. Oh just found out my boyfriend has the flu and they had tested him for him but not me. Same symptoms except my "past migraines". We are now both laying ill in bed and I have to go to work tomorrow ... read more

Took my daughter in that was feeling sinus pressure, headache and sore throat for 5 days. Swabbed for step, negative. Then Dr Yap came in and told me she could have hand foot mouth, maybe it’s mono, and then she said there was nothing she could do for us. I asked her about an antibiotic for the sinus pressure. She said sinus infections are viral and she wouldn’t give an antibiotic just to appease the mother. She was rude, wouldn’t listen to my daughter or myself and raised her voice when I questioned.
