Took my daughter in that was feeling sinus pressure, headache and sore throat for 5 days. Swabbed for step, negative. Then Dr Yap came in and told me she could have hand foot mouth, maybe it’s mono, and then she said there was nothing she could do for us. I asked her about an antibiotic for the sinus pressure. She said sinus infections are viral and she wouldn’t give an antibiotic just to appease the mother. She was rude, wouldn’t listen to my daughter or myself and raised her voice when I questioned. Dr. Mitshull was amazing. Great personality, puts you at ease. I give him 5 stars. My nurse was great also. Thank you so very much.
This place is awful and does not practice hippa standards. I had my husband there only for them to not treat him and walk out in front of other people in the waiting room and say sensitive health information and talk about tests he had done other places. This is unacceptable. Do your jobs independent health system.
The receptionist was a super nice lady. My doctor, nurses were also kind and welcoming. I went there 12th Sep in the evening. Thank you all for your dedication 🙏
