This place is awful and does not practice hippa standards. I had my husband there only for them to not treat him and walk out in front of other people in the waiting room and say sensitive health information and talk about tests he had done other places. This is unacceptable. Do your jobs independent health system.
The receptionist was a super nice lady. My doctor, nurses were also kind and welcoming. I went there 12th Sep in the evening. Thank you all for your dedication 🙏
horrible customer service and care
Went earlier today to see if I had the flu. Gave them all my symptoms and because I mentioned having migraines in the past they refused to test me for it and said I'm not allowed to come there for migraines...after explaining I came to see if I had the flu they make me leave with a doctor's notes and told me to drink water. Great. Oh just found out my boyfriend has the flu and they had tested him for him but not me. Same symptoms except my "past migraines". We are now both laying ill in bed and I have to go to work tomorrow ... read more
I just sat and watched a teenage boy with his foot pointed the wrong way sitting waiting so long he gave up and left to go to the children's hospital. Meanwhile someone just walked in said hey to the receptionist and took her son back herself for an x ray and they let her. I guess she works here. No words.
