Went in and witnessed a HIPPA violation then Walked out... Person A was already up at receptionist, person B was at receptionist. Person A gets called back 5 seconds after seeing person B's name on the receipt that person A was holding, so as he walked back he gives it to B. B then hands it to the receptionist and they have a bit of panic and she says throw it away. While saying it was her fault after realizing it wasn't a computer issue. I'll find another dermatologist.
On Tuesday Nov, 19, 2024. I had an appointment for a skin exam. When I got there the wait was an 1 hour and half the other people in the waiting room seem very mad and upset. I finally get called back as I walked back I could see the staff rushing around all where working hard. I was put in a room with an assistant and the manager wanted to shadow the exam I said ok.
