It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. I have no problem with the office or staff, but Dr. Sarvepalli was very unprofessional with me and made me feel very uncomfortable. I felt that she had very little experience managing mental illness, and I will not return.

Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around! Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Was this family doctor's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Yes, I know I can count on them to find a solution

Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first

Yes, he/she looked very professional Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes
