My son has autism and he gets home care from Bhraggs but most of the aids that they send for my son r not good workers they don’t speak, they don’t understand what u say to them I’m getting tried of the aid that come to my home they r not helping me or my son and I give the aid’s chances I’ll wait at least 2 months for some type of change in them it doesn’t
I have been with this company since April. It is now September and I have to leave this five star review.. I don’t have everybody’s name, but I’ve had the pleasure of speaking to Marcel, Joanne and Belkis. This five star review does not go to these three alone, but everyone at this agency they are so caring, helpful, understanding, attentive, friendly, not to mention they truly do work like a team and want to help you out in every way that they possibly can. I appreciate how much Bhrags home care has helped so many people and their families! I do not appreciate Nicole Johnson who is apparently the manager? She is super rude and completely unprofessional! I truly do not believe she pays full attention to anything that goes on around that place. While her employees work hard to help everyone, she does not. If I could give negative stars I would.
