The staff (Victoria) is highly unprofessional. She did not show up at Bhora Clinic for the fasting bloodwork appointment she had set up. It took her over 90 mins to return my multiple messages. She had no idea about this appointment but claimed she had an emergency as her excuse. If that was the case she should have notified me. The support staff is usually the weakest link at any doctor's office and she is one. I cancelled the follow-up appointment for annual physical with Dr. Bhora.
