Been waiting over a year to get in as a new patient.
Dr. Sai is an outstanding physician. In a relaxed and comfortable environment Dr. Sai completes a thorough examination and is always extremely attentive to my needs. Her medical assistant, Janai, is also very competent and efficient. I have always found the front office to be kind, caring and knowledgeable.
Two weeks waiting on my HBP refills??
I have severe back pain and had to wait 6 weeks to see pain management doctor so I asked and begged for muscle relaxers to hold me over to I see pain management doctor they give me a week supply of 2 pills a day I needed 3 pills a day.!!!! Then had to beg again for pills every week.!!! They treated me horribly the manager awful the doctor awful even assistant to doctor horrible. Begging for a little pain relief in 2020 horrible. .
