I LOVE this office!! Everyone is so kind and caring! The medical assistants are amazing at drawing blood without hurting me. Chelsea Baumgardner is wonderful. I had so much trouble with a misdiagnosis and she was willing and able to get it straightened out for me. She did testing and retesting until she AND I were satisfied of the real results. The whole team is very professional, knowledgeable and understanding. I take both my daughters to her and my husband. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with the health of my family.
I have been using this facility since before Baptist Health took over when it was with Dr. Baula. I will no longer be using this facility. My son is 18, they allowed me to make the appointment but when I needed to reschedule due to a conflict they wouldn't allow me too since he was 18. So, you can make an appointment you just can't cancel it. They said it would count as a no show!! He is currently in the school building and cannot call out!! So, it will count as a no show!! REDICULOUS!!!
I have had doctors in the past who have dismissed my concerns until they turned into something serious. Because of this I avoided doctors for years. Then I started seeing Nurse Practioner Chelsea Baumgardner. Chelsea is amazing! She never dismisses my concerns and always makes sure I feel heard. She actually cares about her patients and you aren’t just a number to her. I am so glad that I made the decision to choose her office.
My husband is a Hospice patient here at home. We have a 6 year old grandchild we are raising. She has ADHD and goes to Elizabethtown Pediatrics for the doctor, Dr. Yasir Saifullah. She loves her doctor and so do I. The problem is the office staff. The school needed a form filled out so grandchild could be given her meds at school. I took the form to Etown Pediatrics and filled it out and left it there for signature by the doctor. Five working days later, they still had not completed the form.
