My family and I are big fans of Bhimas Food Truck. Their biryanis are among the best. Not just in New Jersey, but across the entire Northeast corridor and the quality is consistently excellent. The chicken dishes, including the biryani, are made with organic chicken, and the difference is evident in the flavor. The mutton biryani and chicken appetizers are equally impressive. Just wanted to share that our guests absolutely loved your food and the overall experience! Everything—from the appetizers to the main courses and desserts—was delicious, and your punctuality and setup made everything run so smoothly. A small suggestion for next time: pairing the pakoras with chutney, ketchup, or even tea/coffee could be a great touch. Overall, it was truly a hassle free experience working with you. Delicious food and excellent service!!! Highly recommend it. Chats (samosa & aloo tikki) are delicious. Dum biryanis are amazing and the best in Jersey. Curries are flavorful and delicious. Portions are abundant. Inexpensive compared to other Indian restaurants. We've eaten their food 7-8 time in last 4 month (at the truck, take outs and catering for a weekend trip for 10 people) and thoroughly enjoyed it.
