Delicious food and excellent service!!! Highly recommend it. Chats (samosa & aloo tikki) are delicious. Dum biryanis are amazing and the best in Jersey. Curries are flavorful and delicious. Portions are abundant. Inexpensive compared to other Indian restaurants. We've eaten their food 7-8 time in last 4 month (at the truck, take outs and catering for a weekend trip for 10 people) and thoroughly enjoyed it.
I was stumbled upon this truck yday on our way back to home ….hands down one of the best dum biryani I had in recent times …quality meat and full of flavors and super quality rice and not to mention superb raitha and gravy
Tried Bhimas Foodtruck a few times now and honestly love it. The mutton biryani and chicken biryani are packed with flavor, and the chicken kurma is super tasty. The samosa chaat is a favorite too – crunchy, tangy, just perfect. Feels like real homestyle food, always fresh. Definitely worth checking out!

We wanted to have a Food Truck for our event and I have to say it was a HUGE HIT. Bhima's Food Truck did our GANESH CHATURTHI Dinner for around 90 people, and the food was lip smacking. My guests raved about the Paneer biryani and the Samosa Chaat was equivalent to the Delhi chaat places as reviewed by our guests.
