The condo assoication doesn't care about the maintenance of the budiling and don't care about their seedy residents. A resident on the third floor in apt 309 is causing a lot of issues. He is luring prospective renters into his place is openly witholding money. Very bad business practices. The association doesnt care and allows him to rob people with cash deposits.
