entrusted the staff with sensitive, HIPAA-protected information, expecting it to be kept confidential.-, the front desk manager released this private information publicly on a streaming site, which is a serious breach of privacy and confidentiality. And illegal. I hope the management takes this matter seriously and implements stricter policies to prevent such incidents in the future.
Love the nurses, doctors, and counselors, but there is a certain member of the staff, only one, that I dislike. I’m not gonna name them out of fear of retaliation, but this particular staff member, has always given me a bad vibe….just bad/rude energy. That’s all I have to say. Other than the unlikeable staff member, I’m in love with all the other staff!! Especially the nurses, doctor, and program director! this is the best clinic ever. I would never change. Clinics is close to my house. They were closely with my favorites, nonemergency medical transport company. Shout out to eclipse! Every single person there knows me it’s very personable and the location is awesome. It doesn’t feel like any of the other non bug clinic, where there’s drugs being dealt outside before you walk in to get your dose. It’s very clean and everyone is very understanding! I wish I could give them. 10 stars
The souls at this location are beautiful, but the program is not in any way shape or form . You have just as many privileges whether you are clean or using . I recommend community medical or Denver health . They are cheaper and their programs are BETTER . If you want nice people with little authority to help you please come to BHG. If you really want to sink into the abyss where hope goes to die please go to Denver Recovery Group and swim at the bottom of the barrel .
I was a patient at BHG for almost 8 years, I seen many many office staff come and go, and multiple directors. I was just recently basically forced to leave. In March of 2023, I lost my health insurance. I was employed and no longer qualified, I had got my life cleaned up and I knew there would come a time this would happen, well, BHG offers a grant, so I spoke with the office manager and applied and was approved.
