Upon arriving, I checked in and went to sit down and there were no seats available. Should have been my first clue. While waiting, the receptionist called me to the window and tried to charge me a co-pay on an appt that was 0 co-pay. After an hour and 15 mins, I approached the receptionist and asked when I would be called and that it was becoming a ridiculous wait time. Colonoscopy performed in 45 minutes and an hour and a fifteen minutes past my scheduled appointment time. My wife had to extra time off work due to the tardiness. He did not do a meet and greet before the procedure. The only time I saw him was when I was being discharged when he rambled off a few findings and said he'll see me at the follow up. I'll be looking for a new GI Dr.
If you want to be treated with nice fake stories do not go to Dr. Singue. He does not tell patients nice stories if they are not true.
Dr. Sinsgue is a breath of fresh air . He is highly competent and has an excellent bedside manner . His office staff are highly profesional, who he has an excellent bedside mann r . I am very thankful he is my wife's physician,

It would be really nice if somebody could write the business hours on there or the days that they're closed thank you
Dr. Singu is a good doctor....problem is he over books patients and your waiting time is usually between 2 1/2 hours to 3 hrs. Then after waiting all that tim you will usually only get to see his assistant. This happened to me 3 times in a row with appointments. I am now looking for another doctor to handle my gastroenterology problems!
