I recently sold my house and unfortunately forgot to turn off the auto-pay for the HOA payment. To my dismay, BHE Management deducted the payment post-sale and has since been uncooperative in returning the funds. Initially, they responded to my emails and calls, but now they've gone completely silent, ignoring my attempts to communicate.
