They have rules but do not enforce them. People living in garages as you enter the tract, operating business out of garages, and numerous yards are in disrepair. Garage sales? We trash or donate. Used to be much nicer years ago. Always a voicemail, emails are not always responded to, and if so, it takes a long time to get the typical flippant response. Horrible… I have emailed them and called several times. I have termites outside on my roof and they don’t do shit to help me…. I have other stuff going on in my life that takes a lot of my time and my energy and I definitely cannot keep reaching out and telling people how to do their job ….I’m about ready to take legal action. I do not recommend this place to manage properties. They have done nothing to help me. I am fed up
really don't understand why they are still around not doing anything and just taking money for no reason
