I had to cancel one of the appointments the same day due to mental health issues my family member faces. The office stuff were harassing me for a year to pay $55 cancelation fee. No compassion or understanding of health issue at all. This new manager Judy is absolutely rude, unpleasant, 0 customer service skill. I would only recommend going to this practice if you have all the time in the world to sit in the lobby / room and enjoy frequent, repetitive pointless visits. As with other reviews on Google & ZocDoc, it's so obvious that everyone is only motivated by making money (physicians appts when you specifically asked for bloodwork, thus extra charging to insurance). I waited for 45 minutes before what should've been in-and-out for bloodwork. And then they want to schedule you to come back & discuss the results in person. Very disor... read more
This practice is a joke. I have had the worst experience with them. Not only are the doctors so transparent in the fact that their #1 concern is getting paid but the organization and coordination between personnel is horrendous. They messed up my diabetes prescription TWICE and my medication was delayed because of this. Think about how dangerous that can be for someone with a chronic condition like me. They can’t fill your prescription properly but they definitely can make sure you pay your co-pay BEFORE each visit. So frust... read more
This is my second time going with this doctor and I loved her as a doctor. She’s very professional, she always responds to my questions, always try to her best to resolve my health. The health is her priority for her patients and it shows. She has a very amazing character and the sweetest doctor ive ever had.
