I'm giving this office 1 star and that is only for great staff. The front office and assisting staff (dental hygenists) are awesome, very friendly. However, the orthodontist we have, Lyndi Bach, is one of the rudest and coldest people you will ever meet. She can make a child feel horrible about themselves and has absolutely no issue in trying to embarass and humiliate patients in front of staff and waiting patients.
