Best decision I made was to have Dr. Verma as my Primary Care Physician. She is very thorough. She takes her time with you and explains anything you do not understand. I had some tests done, she literally called me the following day with my results and what to do next. She actually called herself in the past I have had Doctors have staff call me back with results or instructions. Little things like that mean a lot to people.
I am very pleased with both Dr DelMaestro and Dr Verma at this office! Both so professional, greatly appreciate their expertise. She is very caring and detailed. It is unfortunate that one person can put a one star on google and change a five star to a 3.7 due to one patient. When reading this patient review it seems that they over reacted on an approval status which relates to the insurance company, not the office! It is unfortunate as this doctor is 5 star in my book and many I am confident of that!
Switched to Dr. Verma last year and have been totally satisfied with her ! Very knowledgeable and listens to all your concerns ! Great office staff too ! Highly recommend !
I love Dr Verma. I have been seeing her atleast 2 years now. I had changed my primary 3 times prior bc I'm very picky. She's very thorough, she remembers things from prior visits, not just medical, she's very personable yet professional. The office is very clean and the staff is also very professional. I just started seeing Dr Verma in December as a new patient, I am very happy with her as my Doctor. The staff is pleasant and I have had a great experience! I would highly recommend!
