After driving 30 mins , having two failed appointments due to the Dr running late by 2-3 hours,, being asked to stand in the hallway for nearly an hour (no seating in the waiting room). I decided this office wasn't for me . I never saw the Dr and won't comment on him but his staff was unprofessional and antagonistic. I've only spoken to Dr. Gala on the phone my husband us a patient of his but he seems very caring, knowledgeable and compassionate.
I was Referred to Dr Gala by my primary physician . I am very confident in my decision to use Dr.Gala. He is thorough, patient & knowledgeable. He doesn't rush the visit & listens to my concerns. Great professional worthy of the title !
He is very caring, and soft spoken . My parents love him . As he give them full attention and never rush .
