I was very appreciative to Dr Patel for the concern and care that he gave me. Explained to me about the meds he was giving to me in a manner that I could understand..
ON TIME! As always. I receive great care from dr. Patel as my PCP and Southcoast as a whole. Couldn’t be more pleased.
I was thoroughly impressed with my visit! My wait time was less than 10mins. The front desk check in was quick and the staff was very friendly! The nurse that did my vitals was super nice. Dr. Patel was very personable, easy to talk to, genuine, and completely honest. I never felt rushed through the visit not once. At this point he has secured me as a patient for as long as he is around. I wish he was in Richmond Hill, but he's just that good that I don't mind the drive to his office.
I am happy that my meds we’re processed so soon and waiting on me the same afternoon as the visit.
Dr. Patel‘s professionalism, expertise and bedside manner on a scale of 1 to 10. All are 10.

He makes you feel comfortable to discuss all your aches and pains. I know that I am receiving Excellent Medical care being a patient of Dr. Patel.
