I have been seeing Dr. Bhavani Lagadapati for over 4 years. Unfortunately, I’ve had a number of ongoing issues with the care I received. Appointments are hard to book — phone calls are rarely answered, and when they are, the staff (often trainees or assistants) schedule appointments without clearly confirming whether it’s with Dr. Lagadapati or someone else. My mother who was a patient of Dr. Lagadapati, died unexpectedly in her home at the age of 56. It took 6 hours for Dr. LAGADAPATI to answer the calls from the medical examiner and detectives. Dr. Lagadapati told the officers to "just have the funeral home pick up the body." After Several calls and messages left, my mom's sister was finally able to get an answer.
