This is their regular scam. They provide wrong code to the insurance and when asked they never get back to you or rectify. I have been following up with them for past 8 months. Every day different lies. Stay away.

I have been seeing Dr. Bhavani Lagadapati for over 4 years. Unfortunately, I’ve had a number of ongoing issues with the care I received. Appointments are hard to book — phone calls are rarely answered, and when they are, the staff (often trainees or assistants) schedule appointments without clearly confirming whether it’s with Dr. Lagadapati or someone else.
