Really frustrated with this clinic. They are always running late in the clinic and over the phone. I waited 90 min for Dr Bhatti one day and no one came in and told me what was going on. Every time I have scheduled an appt over the phone with a PA, I have had to wait a minimum of 15 min to 60 min for them to call me. When you call them, half the time you cannot understand the person who answers the phone. I am changing to a different clinic. MY TIME IS JUST AS IMPORTANT AS THEIRS!!!! I SHOULD SEND THEM A BILL.
