Shilpa Bhatnagar is very kind, professional and takes time to listen to all our needs. She is very understanding, she never rushes and she cares about her patients. She has been my pcp for almost 8years now. Would 100% recommend her.
Alexandria (fill in of four weeks, front office) was amazing.. wish i could give a higher star rating but besides her and Dr Bhatnagar the staff is completely incompetent.

Most doctors shuttle their patients like cattle through appointments and don’t bother trying to find a solution/resolution. If they can do as least as possible they will. Dr. Bhatnagar is the best doctor ever. I’m a native to AZ and 61 years old so I’ve been to many many doctors over the years. With that said, I’m more than qualified to tell you she is the best doctor ever. She actually cares about you and will find ways to help with your ailment. Professionally A+ ; bedside manner is an A+ Thank you Dr. B!
OMG!I'm new to Az and needed a primary doc .. I have to say today was my first visit and everyone from start to finish was simple amazing ... Starting with Summer - she made phone calls on my behalf which made it so much easier on me ... She is very nice, personalble and fun. Kenia made me feel comfortable and informed with what was going on during the visit. Dr B is the best . She took her time with me .. answered all my questions and concerns..
