Dr. Bhat is incredibly kind and attentive. The staff is absolutely phenomenal, excellent follow-through within 24 hours, very welcoming and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Bhat's office if you are looking for a PCP.

I gave a one-star, but if I could give a negative star rating, I would. Today is 3/3/2026, and I just received an email showing a new "outstanding balance" bill. FROM JANUARY 9, 2023. THREE YEARS LATER. I paid the $265.80 immediately, but this is rather outrageous to receive a bill THREE YEARS LATER. This has not been our doctor for a year and a half, and this is just ONE of many reasons why we left Dr. M. Bhat. My fist visit with Dr. MK Bhat was excellent. He took more than the allotted time for a first appointment, looked over my list of medical events, etc. Very courteous, yet business-like. the employees with whom I interacted (Katrina, Jesus, Carlo) were all very welcoming and positive in their manner. I was back again this morning for a blood draw for labs and had the same experience, now adding the phlebotomist, Natalia.
