I gave a one-star, but if I could give a negative star rating, I would. Today is 3/3/2026, and I just received an email showing a new "outstanding balance" bill. FROM JANUARY 9, 2023. THREE YEARS LATER. I paid the $265.80 immediately, but this is rather outrageous to receive a bill THREE YEARS LATER. My fist visit with Dr. MK Bhat was excellent. He took more than the allotted time for a first appointment, looked over my list of medical events, etc. Very courteous, yet business-like. the employees with whom I interacted (Katrina, Jesus, Carlo) were all very welcoming and positive in their manner. I was back again this morning for a blood draw for labs and had the same experience, now adding the phlebotomist, Natalia.
