When my daughter was small, she got sick around Christmas time I called for a last minute appointment and was given one, I grab a box of chocolates from under my Christmas tree to take to her. Which I had bought a lot of specifically for last minute gifts. When I gave her the chocolate which was wrapped, instead of just saying thank you, she made a rude remark saying the only reason I gave her the gift was because we had to come in. She is a jem. She listens and is very thorough. She speaks to the children on their level and does not mince words when she needs to be heard. The office staff is awesome too!
