Please BEWARE: My minor child had ONE appointment in December 2021. I was assured they took my child's insurance (ChampVA - dad is disabled veteran). I never received a bill or statement...even after ASKING for them multiple times. In all I was charged $1,160 for ONE appointment - $25 charged prior to appointment. $25 charged day of appointment. $100 charged September 2022. Then April 2023, I was charged $505. The reason I'm giving 1 stars is they are charging me the last two visits like my deductible isn't met. I've emailed, phoned (front desk said they would phone me back but didn't!) and left multiple messages and no one will get a hold of me! April Davis deserves 5 stars! She is amazing! The people running office/financial apparently don't care they are stealing your money and will straight up ignore you.
Dr Bhargava has been a life saver for me, I’ve been seeing her for almost twenty years. However, her office staff is horrible. I had a problem getting my prescription filled and after three days I drove to the office and threatened to sit there all day until the issue was resolved. Her staff did not follow the pharmacist requests and did not bother to follow through. Thankfully, Dr Bhargava came through for me. When she is not in the office, the staff does not do their jobs, I watched yesterday for several hours.
