Worst place ever I was assighed to a doctor named Mudda And never saw him or met him I’ve contacted them everyday almost trying to get accommodation for my disability and get telemedicine appointments they refused repeatedly and ignored my calls telling me a supervisor was always busy and the medicine that was newly prescribed worsened my symptoms to the point I can barely get up or walk and I have had no help
Three months ago christin Nurse Practitioner Said that she would no longer write my pain meds. That my PCP would do this, well he said he will send me to pain management. I am done!!!

Doctor Mudda has been the only one able to reduce my chronic pain by 90%. He has also completely cured my shoulder pain. He is truly outstanding, exceptional. Dr. Mudda is brilliant, kind, patient, extremely knowledgeable and by far the most competent of the many pain specialists I have seen. I recommend him most highly.
