Wonderful doctor. Always willing to listen.
Dr. Vemuri is an Ok doctor but her staff is really rude and condescending. When our health insurance temporarily lapsed due to Covid 19 and a job change, they said she refused to renew any prescriptions and wouldnt even make an appt even though I offered to pay cash for the visit. I was told I was “dropped” as a patient with no communication from the doctor.
She is the best she listens then takes action when in the hospital she visits you always makes you feel comfortable
Dr. Rusch genuinely and sincerely cares for and about my child! She is deeply conscientious. I have read previous reviews that bash the extensive wait time, and I will say there are times I too have had a long wait, but the difference is, this doctor is worth the wait. Dr. Rusch takes FOREVER to see her patients! Literally 2 hour waits every time I come. I really need to look into changing doctors. She really needs to STOP playing with the kids and STOP gossiping with the parents. Hurry up and do your job. The staff is very very nice. Well the one with the glasses can be mean sometimes, grouchy. I wonder why a lot of people want to come here? Hmmm yes because she likes to kiss butt and says YES to EVERYBODY for anything. I really appreciate Dr Vemuri. She's thourogh, professional, and kind. I have had many lab tests done. She checks for everything. I had rectal cancer over a year ago and I trust her to continue checking my blood work. She enters the exam room with a big smile and calms patients down. Couldn't ask for a better doctor
doctor has a bad side manner leaves rooms not done never get done agreement that was made with patients causing confusion unhappy patients tracking the doctor down to finish every thing causing unease and dangerous environment ive been here few times patients our allways jammed up i figured out way the doctor works less time than standard doctor hours and only half days on fridays this cause patient jam doctor over loads patients can't keep up don't care gets rich off your wasted time not her's

Except for Tina, the staff is very incompetent. I have had to call the girl that books the referrals 4 times to tell her she needs to send us elsewhere as the office we were referred to won't take our insurance, every time she reads the same note to me that she received from that doctor thanking them for the referral. It has taken two months to get sent elsewhere and I had to speak to Dr Vermuri personally to get some action.
