I brought my mother to her appointment and we waiting nearly 3 hours. Dr. Came in asked how she was with no eye contact, i proceeded to tell him that my mom couldn't hear very well and he stated, you tell her then. Okay fine i thought. As he was talking to the nurse about his dictation not being in the system from the last visit he felt her neck, again no eye contact, he was looking back at the nurse as they were discussing. 2 hours to see doctor too long. This has happen the last two appointments. No way to give feedback at office
Had surgery with this doctor. Had complication after complication
For some reason this morning on my way to work, I was thinking about my son's surgery that was performed by Dr. Bhardwaj. Its been a 3 years and the outcome of the surgery could have negatively impacted my son for the rest of his life. During this time, we were contemplating to try to get him to Madera but found out the Dr. Bhardwaj was at Sierra View and he came down and spoke to us. Thank God that he happened to be there and the rest was a miracle. Thank you so much Dr. Bhardwaj.
Waited over an hour to be seen. Asked to fill out a medical history form, but he clearly didn't read it, or the notes his nurse took. Asked the same questions as she did, and missed the fact that I am a cancer survivor. Answered a personal phone call in the room and didn't leave. Referred to Cipro as a placebo and a poor antibiotic. He didn't ask why I took Cipro over Macrobid, or the other common antibiotics for UTI's. I'm allergic to penicillin and Macrobid makes me sick. I won't be back!
Dr.bhardwaj went above an beyond. I was diagnosed with testicular cancer in 2016 I had to undergo chemotherapy and surgery. My case was a difficult one. Other doctors turned me away, but Dr.Bhardwaj took on the task an performed the surgery that I needed. I highly recommend him and his wonderful staff for your medical needs.
Dr. Bhardwaj helped assure me everything will be fine throughout my road to recovery. Before seeing him I had a terrible experience from local walk in clinics who told me I was fine and brushed off the seriousness of my illness. We need more Dr's like Dr. Bhardwaj in the central valley.
One of the most scariest times in our lives. Dr. Bhardwaj explained he procedure and possible outcomes. I believe we were blessed that he was available. He did an amazing job and we will always be grateful. To have a doctor here in town such as Dr. Boardwalk is amazing.
Dr. was very kind and gentle , he explained what he was doing and talked to me about my tests.
