I have delt with the office and Dr. Kamdar for two years and have been treated with respect and the staff is very friendly . I have never waited more than a few minutes. The doctor has been great. While I sometimes have to ask her to repeat what she has said she does and tries to be sure I understand her instructions .
I like Dr. Kamdar, she is very informative and I can always get an appointment when I need it. She makes my daughter feel comfortable and is good with children.
Dr. Kamdar is an excellent physician. But the front office staff is rude and condescending, even when an error in patient care was made. NP sent my son an Rx for something he was allergic to, then when I called about it, she blamed switching EMR's as the reason for not having his RECENT patient history (which is absurd, you have to maintain patient records even when switching EMR's), and blamed US for the mistake THEY made. Wait times are also WAY too long. Taking my 2 sons elsewhere from now on
All the reviews are fake wait time in room all ways more than one hr if ur kid have appointment here u have to wait for hrs for just follow up
Visiting Dr.Kamdars office is always a pleasurable experience, all staff is very friendly and always very well organized, I have never been kept waiting and all appointments were handled with the upmost importance and with ease. Dr.Kamdar is very good at what she does and I definitely recommend her to anyone!
Although she was qualified to serve patients in the past, I don't feel that way now. We have been patients for several years and her abilities are not what they once were. Her office staff is constantly changing and organization is a problem. She doesn't keep concise records in that she was about to give my son a vaccination that was just given 3 months prior. Please be aware of this practice. You have better choices.
