I bought 2 gold chains today for my wife and my son and I was very happy with the help and price I received from this store. Their gold quality is very good and the customer service is very friendly. I highly recommend this store for gold jewelry purchases. We have been coming to this store from past 5 years and we are very pleased and satisfied with the gold quality and their prices.
My mom had purchased two rings for my sister and I, which we encountered slight issues with. We returned back to the store and were very pleased with the solutions we were offered - the salesperson Rav kindly offered to do a weight-to-weight exchange, or fix the rings. Rav was very kind, knowledgeable, and patient in assisting my mom and I. We truly appreciated the great customer service that continued after our initial purchase of the rings! Thank you SO much!
