Don’t do it !!! I have been charged $75 per visit even though my insurance card says zero dollar co-pay. I was told this is to cover the bill if it is not needed it will be refunded to me. I was also told that I have to come in for an appointment with the doctor before I can get a sleep study referral or my insurance company would not pay for the sleep study Neither of these are true I called my insurance company and I Don’t have a co-pay and I don’t have to go to the doctor to get a referral.
I am traveling around the United States in my motorhome I am in Rochester for a month-and-a-half, I have had diabetes for 50 years two back surgeries and a quadruple and take pain medication. I called around several doctors because of the pain medication and opiates situation in New York Dr. Gupta office said come on in we can take care of you. He is the worst doctor I have ever met.
Spends very little time with you. I was overweight and he never told me to lose wait for 10 years until i actually lost 40 pounds...then he said that I needed to lose weight. That was after finding out the he schedules more than one person at the same time for appointments and having to wait well over 30 minutes for him to come to my room.

I think Dr. Gupta is an excellent physician. I have and continue to recommend him to everyone. He is knowledgeable, attentive, personable and I feel like he is genuinely vested and concerned about my health and well being. I was hospitalized this winter for pneumonia, which Dr. Gupta diagnosed. He came to the hospital early every morning to check on me before his day started at Cornerstone. I am very satisfied with him as my physician.
Dr. Gupta seems more concerned with the amount of patients he can see than the quality and attention patents need..
Doctor's staff was friendly and inviting. They addressed all my concerns and helped me out immensely! Doctor Gupta is A++ in my book.
don't bother calling the office. Expect wait times up to an hour
I do not have a high level of trust in Dr. Gupta. He quickly performs an evaluation while asking minimal probing questions. He is very quick with a response, and makes me feel rushed to get out of the office. He does not take the time to address any of my questions.
