Ive had type 1 diabetes since i was 11 I requested I refill for insulin pods on Nov 28th and did not her anything back until Dec 1st even though I called multiple times after and left voice mail and my chart messages by then I already ranb out and had no way of receiving insulin my back up have expired on Dec 1st my pharmacy told me she denied the request because it was inappropriate I called again to ask why and nobody got back to me until Dec 2nd saying that the problem was I needed a new Referral from my primary to my app... read more

I absolutely recommend Dr. Iyer to anyone needing an endocrinologist. She was on top of my thyroid nodule and I was able to easily make appointments to follow up with her every few months while she monitored them and my bloodwork. Once my biopsy came back suspicious she was quick to give me the next steps and was caring and compassionate, as I was very nervous about the results. Never listens. Always feels like she doesn’t care. My hormones are changing and I tell her that I’m sweating so much is this normal being that I had a thyroidectomy (full) she says “you need to see a dermatologist for that so they can give you lotion.” I was so confused!
