Horrible customer service from the staff. They dont even let you talk. Careful when charging your CC with them. They never answer phones, and the staff horrible attitude.

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Avoid this place at all cost. My wife was a cash-pay patient who always had to pre-pay just to schedule visits, yet somehow I now “owe” a bill — first $1,000, then magically reduced to $400 after they found a payment she already made. She was even charged $350 for telehealth visits with wait times just as long as in person. I would have to go in person to get her scheduled. No one ever answers the phone, and billing is a complete mess. Very disappointing and unorganized experience.

Had an awful experience at this office. The staff was so rude and very unprofessional. There were several red flags from the start - including one patient who stormed out while I was in the waiting room. Also, upon check in, I confirmed I would be seeing Dr. Bhandari since I specifically scheduled with him. I told them I didn't want to just meet with a nurse practitioner if I was paying a $100 specialist copay. They said ok.
