The appointment went fine then they fell apart. There portal doesn't work. The prescription needs a prior authorization but they have been unresponsive after calling, emails and trying to contact them through there terrible portal. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

My PCP sent me here because I struggled with chronic fatigue or some form of narcolepsy. I never even saw the doctor, only the nurse practitioner who was rude and treated me like I was making it all up! I have such bad fatigue I can’t even function, it affects every aspect of my life, it is debilitating. Anyway, she basically sent me on my way with no schedule to see me again was rude and condescending, and treated me like I was a liar! Bizarre and unacceptable gave no reason why I didn’t get to see the doctor or why they we... read more

I have had 3 visits with the NP’s (Ronalyn and Rachel) over the past 2 years. Both have been very professional and took the time to explain everything. The front office staff and the MA (Esmeralda) were very friendly and polite.

I can't rate my experience because I have called there three times to schedule an appointment and after pushing option 1, I sit on hold and no one answers.

Dr. Bhamrah is amazing. But his support staff completely sucks and never follows through with anything. I guess he’s so busy that he doesn’t really care. I have switched Pulmonologists because of this. BEWARE

The Pulmonary Function Technician was rude. I told him continually taking my mask on and off was stupid. He accused me of calling him stupid, which I did not. He told me I needed to treat him with respect. Never mind I was not being treated with respect. I was after all, only the patient. I got up to leave. He blocked my exit and shoved me with his elbow. I tried to tell the front desk, but they were not concerned in the least.

I have had lots of visits. Every 6 months. Which is good. Everytime I have been there. The staff were professional and kind.

He was my doctor for many years. Yes, his front office staff at times is weird, but they get the job done. the only reason He is no longer one of my doctors is that I moved to N/E Colorado, quite a trip for an office visit.

Please take your business elsewhere. The office staff is incredibly rude and the medical care is sub-par. This practice does not have the patient's best interests in mind. They are more concerned about piling up office visit charges than providing quality, timely care to their patients. Please trust me when I say you are better off looking elsewhere.
