I can't even begin to express how much love I have for this beautiful human!! Courtney we love and miss you every day!! I had the pleasure of meeting Courtney as my prenatal yoga instructor. I loved her instantly and knew she just had to be my doula! She was amazing support during my 32+ hours of labor. Other than my husband of course, I couldn't imagine having anyone else by my side during this amazing time of life ♡♡♡
She is one of the most caring and gentle people I have ever met. This is my first pregnancy and I couldn't imagine this journey without her. She is not only a helping hand to you, but takes in consideration the rest of the support that you have around you and integrates different ways to make you and everyone else comfortable. I love Courtney and would recommend her for anyone who is pregnant!!

I had the pleasure of taking Courtney’s prenatal yoga classes and having her as a Doula for the birth of my second son. Her yoga classes always felt like a safe space to be your pregnant self. She is always very warm and welcoming and has a great balance of reverence and humour for the practice of yoga and the pregnant being. Plus, she does a chocolate meditation at the end of class, which may have been the reason I made it to several yoga classes during a the dreary winter months.
