The room was a role in shower handicap accessible room. Sure it was roomy but the bathroom flooded all the way to the toilet. The handle for the water would only give you hot water. The hardware cover was loose and spinning around. There was a hole in the back wall of the shower. The entire bathroom experience was terrible. Unfortunately, the rooms had large cockroaches, which is absolutely disgusting. They offered me another room, but I still didn’t want to stay because it was in the same condition. The first night, nothing happened, but on the third night, I found a large, fat cockroach crawling on the walls, and I killed it. The next morning, I found another one just as large and fat. I stayed again, but all they offered was an excuse, saying it was “tree cockroaches.” I replied that, regardless, they were still cockroaches. They refused to ... read more

The lobby area was clean and ‘new’. The room was clean, no issue with TV or Fridge. No place to hang clothes, just dresser. Bathroom door didn’t latch completely. Lots of people loitering. Don’t know if maybe they live there?? They had taken chairs from room out onto communal balcony and steps, smoking pot/weed, drinking beer and listening to loud Rap music. Lots of people walking through the parking lot. Noisy property. The people loitering kept me up with their music, laughing, talking, swearing until 2. Did NOT feel safe.... read more
